Hot Air Hose UNI (SCAT Equivalent) V9/M9 – 1-Ply & 2-Ply

UNI series hot air hoses are high-temperature resistant flexible hoses designed for demanding aviation, industrial, and technical airflow applications. Available in both 1-ply (UNI V9) and reinforced 2-ply (UNI M9) constructions, these hoses are engineered for the transport of hot and cold air under extreme operating conditions.

Manufactured using high-quality silicone-coated glass fabric with integrated spring steel wire reinforcement, the UNI series provides excellent flexibility, durability, vibration resistance, and temperature stability. The lightweight yet robust construction makes these hoses ideal for aircraft heating systems, cockpit ventilation, brake cooling, avionics cooling, engine compartment ventilation, and other high-temperature air transfer applications.

The UNI V9 1-ply version offers a lightweight and flexible solution where reduced wall thickness and lower weight are preferred, while the UNI M9 2-ply version delivers increased mechanical strength, improved pressure resistance, and enhanced durability for more demanding environments.

Sold per decimeter (10 cm). Multiple quantities will be supplied as one continuous length whenever possible.

The internal construction differs between the 1-ply and 2-ply variants.
1-PLY(first picture) - Inner spring steel spiral and outer cord made of special yarn.
2-PLY(second picture) - Concealed spring steel spiral on the inside and two cords made of special yarn on the outside.
