Rivet nut

Rivet nuts are threaded fasteners that are installed from one side of the material — perfect for aircraft applications where access is limited to one side.

Our rivet nuts are available in aluminum and stainless steel, in sizes M3, M4, M5 and M6. They provide a strong, vibration-resistant thread in thin sheet metal and composite materials.

Aerospace applications: Used to fasten instrument panels, interior trim, inspection hatches and accessories. Approved for non-structural aircraft applications.

Installation: Requires a rivet nut tool. Drill holes to specification, insert the rivet nut and tighten with the tool until the flange grips.

Benefits: Quick installation, no need for rear access, vibration-resistant thread, reusable threaded connection.
