Yellow zinc chromate primer

Yellow zinc chromate primer for corrosion protection of aluminum and metal parts in aircraft. Classic primer used in the aviation industry for decades.

The zinc chromate provides active corrosion protection by forming a protective barrier that prevents moisture and salt from reaching the metal substrate. The characteristic yellow color allows for easy inspection.

Application: Apply with brush, roller, or spray on cleaned and degreased metal. Allow to dry for 2–4 hours. Apply topcoat or leave as a final surface in hidden areas.

Use cases: Aircraft fuselages, wing structures, control linkages, engine mounts, and all aluminum parts requiring corrosion protection.
